Per the bylaws of the Willoughby Civic League, absentee and proxy ballots are accepted for votes at a league meeting as stated below:
Every member in good standing shall be entitled to one vote on any issue before the Willoughby Civic League, provided they were a member in good standing at the time of the previous general meeting.
If you will be unable to attend a meeting in which a member vote will be taken, you may print and complete the form below.
